Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Sinq.Studio, a classroom platform for teacher-guided science inquiry activities.
Who May Use the Service
Teachers, students, and administrators may use Sinq.Studio for educational science learning. Teacher accounts may require approval before full access is granted. Student use should be directed by a teacher, school, parent, or guardian as appropriate.
Appropriate Use
Sinq.Studio is for safe, age-appropriate science learning. Users may not use the service to create, request, or distribute content involving weapons, harmful instructions, harassment, private personal information, academic dishonesty, illegal activity, or unsafe experiments.
Classroom Content
Users are responsible for activity content, chat messages, files, and artifacts they create or upload. Teachers are responsible for configuring activities and supervising classroom use. Students should follow teacher instructions and school rules.
AI-Generated Output
Sinq.Studio uses AI assistants and tools to help with explanations, planning, data analysis, charts, simulations, presentations, and other learning artifacts. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Users should review important information, calculations, and scientific claims before relying on them.
Google Classroom Import
Teachers may choose to connect Google Classroom to import course and roster information. This feature is optional. By using it, the teacher authorizes Sinq.Studio to read the selected Classroom data needed to create or update classes and student memberships.
Accounts and Security
Users should keep login credentials secure and should not share accounts unless a teacher has explicitly created a classroom-safe shared login process. Notify us if you believe an account has been misused.
Service Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
